Do you have a printed catalog?
At Clear Creek Seeds, we recognize that many of our customers are accustomed to receiving glossy product catalogs. For cost, environmental and logistical reasons, we choose not to fill your mailbox with yet another catalog. Instead, we rely upon the ability of our website to deliver all the required information to both learn about and purchase your gardening needs. Offering our products online allows us to keep our inventory current and we can always quickly react to new products or special promotions. This allows for a cost savings that we are happy to pass along to you. Our prices are consistently some of the lowest you will find for the high-quality products we sell.
When will my order ship?
If your order is placed before 10am central time it will most likely be shipped the same day. After that it will ship the next day. These are guidelines, and may be somewhat revised due to inclement weather, holidays, and conditions out of our control. During times of excessive heat we will hold orders placed on Friday until the next Monday so they don't sit over the weekend in hot trucks/buildings.
What is your guarantee?
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us the problem at customerservice@clearcreekseeds.com

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store.
How much is shipping?
All orders over $50 ship free. Under $50 is just $4.50.
How do you ship items?
We ship in-stock seeds usually the next day after receiving your order but no later than within a few days. We will use USPS exclusively unless the size of the order justifies using a different carrier. We ship to USA addresses only. USPS quotes 2-5 days shipping time which we have found to be accurate.
